One of the most anticipated characters is Bullet, who's unlocked in a really random and round about way.

The basic idea is, every now and then bullets will spawn with a cape. Some say you need to view a past to find them, where as others think that simply increases the chances. Once you find him, its your job to ignore him until he decides to leave. This must be done five different times and on the fifth time you'll unlock Bullet.

Sadly, as you can see, there is no real notification and he doesn't unlock anything cool. I was also going to upload this with gameplay, but figured more people would see the gameplay if I uploaded it separately.
