Egg and Smashed Avocado Sandwich with Crispy Onions
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
2 large eggs (preferably organic/free range)
2 slices sourdough bread
Ripe Avocado
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Chopped chives (optional)
Mekhala Crispy Onions of choice (We used Sichuan Hot Pepper Crispy Onions)
Method:
🥄 In a pan, fry the eggs to your preference.
🥄 Meanwhile toast bread and spread avocado on toast.
🥄 Add fried egg and tomatoes.
🥄 Sprinkle with chives and Mekhala Crispy Onions of choice.
