Now Spice up you life with these Mouthwatering Spiced Hot Raisin Buns. You can make these all year round.

Makes 12 Buns

Ingredients
2 cups (300g) white bread flour
2 cups (300g) cake flour
3 Tbsp (35g) sugar
30ml mixed spices (Cinnamon, Ginger, Allspice, Nutmeg, Gloves)
3ml (½tsp) salt
1 sachet (10g) yeast
1 egg, whisked
3 Tbsp (50g) softened butter
½ cup (125ml) warm water
¾ cup (180ml) warm milk
1 cup (250ml) raisins or sultanas

Glaze:
1 cup (250ml) icing sugar, sifted
Enough boiled water
to create a smooth paste
