The Weather Service says the dusty conditions that have swept through parts of Gauteng, Mpumalanga and the Free State will clear by tomorrow. Strong winds flared veld fires. A number of people reportedly died in a multiple pile-up south of Johannesburg. It could not be confirmed if the crash was caused by poor visibility.
