Meethi Khoya Barfi
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 1 & ½ litre
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Pista (Pistachio)
-Badam (Almonds)
Directions:
-In pot,add fresh milk and bring it to boil and cook until milk is reduced to half and stir frequently.
-Add sugar and cardamom powder,mix well and cook on medium low flame (15-20 minutes) and mix continuously.
-In milk,add all-purpose flour and mix well.
-Add dissolve flour,mix continuously and cook until thickens (approx. 18-20 minutes).
-Add cooking oil,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-In mould,add cooked khoya/mawa and spread evenly.
-Add pistachio & almonds,press it.
-Let it cool.
-Cut into desired sizes & serve.

Ajza:
-Doodh (Milk) fresh 1 & ½ litre
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Pista (Pistachio)
-Badam (Almonds)
Directions:
-Pot mein taza doodh dal ker ubal lein aur doodh adha reh jaya tak paka lein aur chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Cheeni aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki darmiyani ancch per paka lein (15-20 minutes) aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Doodh mein miada dal ker mix ker lein.
-Dissolve maida ko dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur garha hunay tak paka lein (approx. 18-20 minutes).
-Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Mould mein cooked khoya/mawa dal ker evenly spread ker lein.
-Pista aur badam dal ker press karein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Desired shapes mein cut ker ka serve karein.
