Myanmar Coup: Military Seize Control and Detain Leader Aung Suu Kyi
Key government figures have been arrested by the army in Myanmar during early morning raids.
This coup d'etat is an effort by the army to overturn last November’s general election results.
Leaders across the world, including the US and UK, have condemned the coup.
Suu Kyi’s NLD party have released a statement saying these actions are against the will of voters.
