Midlands Arts Centre is proud to present Girls that Geek on Fri 10 February 2023, an exploratory day that brings together industry professionals for a series of informal discussions and a careers panel that explores women in art and technology.

The event is specifically designed for young women from school year 7 upwards who are considering their career choices and who would like the opportunity to learn from inspirational speakers. Acclaimed partners bring a multitude of technologies for exciting hands-on sessions and workshops.

This year we will focus on future employment and career opportunities for young women and in particular digital art forms, including music production, photography, virtual reality, television and film.
