After corner welds are ground down and ready for #3-#4 satin finish, begin the following process. G1 sanding belts and discs grease -- AA Abrasives item # 37597 [ Ссылка ] - is used before starting the process to prevent belts from loading up with aluminum material. Use 1/2" x 18" Coarse Surface Conditioning Belts # 34205 and the Dynabrade 11204 Offset Contact Arm [ Ссылка ] . Now use the slack of the belt and follow the contour of the railing. This will begin to blend in all scratches and imperfections from grinding wheels and sanding belts.
