Talks between the commander of the United Nations forces in former
Yugoslavia, General Bernard Janvier and Bosnian Serb General Ratko
Mladic fell short, said a UN spokesman on Saturday (2/9). The
UN said on Saturday (2/9) that Mladic had fallen short of meeting
NATO requirements for an end to the airstrikes against Bosnian
Serb positions.

commander Mladic. Mladic offered some proposals to remove the
