I am describing Nadabrahma technique, its stages and the energy works behind the movements.
Nadabrahma meditation is a wonderful technique devised by enlightened mystic Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. This easy and yet very powerful method can be done by anyone whether one is beginning to meditate or an advanced meditator, . When done properly this immediately starts to give a feeling of centeredness and grounding to the practitioner.
The first stage of Nadabrahma meditation starts with humming - a simple way to create a vortex of energy within, and then with that energy goes further into the second stage to cleanse one's energy body: a technique of first emptying oneself and then receiving the universal energy in that state of emptiness. The third and final stage takes one to a state of total let-go and total acceptance, a state of "wu wei" as described in Taoism. The final stage is the crescendo of the technique, when there is a possibility of the jump from mind to no-mind. This meditation can be done alone at a dedicated space at home or in a group. It is recommended to do it at least for 21 days continuously to get the feel of the technique.
