I recently had the opportunity to fish the Douglaston Salmon Run for coho and king salmon on this trip. We only had one full day to fish and overall it was a very slow day. Right now it’s early season as far as salmon fishing goes so we figured we’d give it our best shot. We ended up hooking into some fish but ultimately could not land them. The experience itself being at the Salmon River it’s just something you just have to experience. I will definitely be up there shortly again chasing some salmon when the run kicks off I hope you enjoy this one everyone.
