Korklui is a corn based porridge where the dough is sieved into small rounded pebbles. The porridge is prevalent in the Ewe tribe of Ghana and it's challenging to recreate to say the least.
It's interesting to know the Ewe tribe also have a silky smooth porridge and at the same time a gritty one.
