I made one of my fave echoes from Echoes of Wisdom into a deliciously spiky Sea Urchin cake pop! I got this echo early in the game and its cute roundish shape totally screamed 'cake pops' at me! (#freegame)

👩‍🍳 Here's how I made them:
1. Mix cake crumbles with a dollop or two of chocolate ganache.
2. Shape them into perfect orbs with a mini ice cream scoop.
3. Dip a pop stick into melted black candy melts and stick into the cake spheres.
4. Pop them into the fridge to chill.
5. Submerge the pops in more black candy melts (a tiny bit of coconut oil will thin out the melts) and allow them to set up.
6. Use a printout as a guide for piping the candy melt whites of the eyes, and the pupils were made of modeling chocolate.
7. The spikes are also created out of modeling chocolate.
8. Stick the eyes and spikes on with candy melts as glue and... Voilà!
