Over 50s ALL LEVELS 31 Day WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE Full Body Cardio Workout Day 1 - Welcome to my 31 day weight loss challenge. This over 50s workout will be a 20 minute full body cardio for all levels. This weight loss challenge is perfect for beginners and advanced levels.
This full body cardio workout has 10 exercises for 2 rounds we will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds. There will be low impact options and i will give exercise demonstrations as we go along.
This over 50s workout will include a warm up and cool down stretches.
