5 white domes are hiding in Bukovyna Carpathians. They were providing control over the air border of USSR. The remains of the station with code name "Pamir" are still crowning the top of Tomnatyk mountain on the border with Romania.

Pamir is a deserted radar station in Bukovyna. The former classified facility is located on the mountain Tomnatyk, right on the border with Romania. 5 antenna cups remained at the altitude of 1565 meters above sea level. The airspace monitoring system was located there. Omnidirectional antennas provided constant monitoring that lasted almost 30 years since 1960. These trails are attracting tourists nowadays, and hikers often stay there for a night.
