28-year-old Ashley Dale shot dead at her home on Leinster Road in Old Swan, Merseyside, Liverpool on the 21st august 2022.
Five men are accused of murdering Ashley Dale 1 is accused of assisting an offender, these are as follows
Prosecution Lead Counsel Paul Greaney KC, assisted by junior counsel Alex Langhorn and Holly Menary
Defending Joseph Peers Peter Wright KC, assisted by Christopher Stables,Joseph Peers has plead not guilty to all counts.
Defending Sean Zeisz Adam Davies KC, assisted by Tim Forte, Sean Ziesz has also plead not guilty to all counts.
Defending Niall Barry Stan Reiz KC, assisted by Katy Appleton, Nial Barry has also plead not guilty.
Defending Ian Fitzgibbon Professor John Cooper KC, assisted by Jamie Baxter has plead not guilty
Defending James Witham Richard Pratt KC, assisted by Tom Watson has plead guilty for the manslaughter of Ashley Dale but is being tried for her murder also.
Defending Kallum Radford who is accused of assisting an offender Stephen Swift assisted by Kyra Badman, Kallum has plead not guilty to assisting an offender and other related charges.
