Ingredients:

10 g vanilla sugar (0.35 oz).
45 g cornstarch (1.5 oz).
350 ml milk (12 fl oz).

Allow to cool to room temperature.

Separate the yolks from the whites.
100 g room temperature butter (3.5 oz).
100g sugar (3.5oz).
60 ml milk (2 fl oz).
150 g flour (5.3 oz).
10 g baking soda (0.35 oz).
Baking tray with baking paper.
4 egg whites.
200g sugar.
10 g vanilla sugar.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Beat for 7-8 minutes until this consistency is reached.
60 g almonds (2 oz).
Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 30 minutes.
