Procyonians are far and few in this world, and a lot may come with being a rare star seed. This mae shed some light on the rarity of this star seed as well as why they have been hidden from the world. Other star systems plagued by the Orion wars became tired of watching this neutral star system have fun and be themselves while they were riddled. I guess war makes you forget you're in the constellation of war though.
