Those that have studied the Fourth Way material (P.D. Ouspensky, George I. Gurdjieff, et al.) will likely find this exercise incredibly beneficial. This exercise is best done as soon as one rises out of bed. Once the awareness is created in us at the beginning of the day... how long will it last, and will we be able to see when we lose it?
