My wife's recipe and method for making pizzas in the electric G3Ferrari pizza maker. The dough making process is the same for cooking pizzas in the Deli Vita pizza oven.

Ingredients for three 10" pizzas
410g 00 pizza flour
1 sachet dried instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp caster sugar
2 tbs olive oil
200mls warm water (98F)

Toppings in this example
Morrison's tomato and herb pizza topper
Finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Grated cheddar
Basil leaves
Half a block of cooking mozzarella
