How Tabby works on Amazon:
Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart.
On the payment page, select 'Buy Now Pay Later with Tabby' as your payment method at checkout.
Choose a payment plan available for your purchase.
On the 'Review your order' page, click on 'Continue to application' to be redirected to Tabby to complete the purchase.
On Tabby, verify your phone number to complete your purchase. For first-time Tabby customers, you'll need to link a debit or credit card.
Once the purchase is successful, you'll receive an SMS with the total order amount and the next payment date.

1. Is Tabby really free?

Yes! Tabby charges no interest or fees for the 4 and 6-month payment plan. Whatever plan you choose, you'll never incur any additional hidden charges when you pay on time.

2. How do I make payments?

The quickest and easiest way is to make payments and check the status of your payments is on Tabby's app.

Your payments are automatically charged based on a payment schedule shown at the time of purchase to the debit or credit card you select on your Tabby account.

Once you've successfully made a purchase with Tabby, you will receive an email with your payment schedule for your reference. You'll also receive reminders of upcoming payments.

3. How do returns and refunds work with Tabby?

All refunds will be issued according to the Amazon's policy for returns and cancellations. Once Amazon has registered your return or cancellation with Tabby, your refund will be processed.

4. When will my payment schedule start?

For your Buy Now, Pay Later order with Tabby, you'll make your first payment at the time of purchase. The following payments are charged monthly based on the payment plan you choose. Before checking out, Tabby shows your payment schedule.

5. What happens if I miss a payment? Are there any charges?

Tabby offers interest-free payment plans. There are no hidden fees charged by Amazon or Tabby. You will receive regular reminders from Tabby before any due payments to avoid missing them. If Tabby is unable to collect payments on the scheduled day, you will no longer be able to make purchases with Tabby until dues are paid. A collection fee is charged by Tabby a day after a payment is due. If you have not repaid for another two weeks, an additional collection fee is applied.

6. Can I pay off my purchases early?

You can make payments before the due date on Tabby's app or website. Select the order you want to settle and then choose 'Payment options'. There are no additional fees when you pay off your balance early.

7. Can I buy anything with Tabby on Amazon?

Except for Gift Cards, all items sold on Amazon are eligible for Buy Now, Pay Later with Tabby.

8. I have set my credit or debit card as the default payment option. How do I change this to get the Buy Now, Pay Later option?

Amazon provides you the ability to set any payment method as a default option that you can change by going to Your Account - Payment Preferences - Set Payment Preference. Alternately, on the payment confirmation (last page where you click on "Place Your Order and Pay"), you can click on "Change Payment Method" to register and/or pay with Pay Later provider of your choice.
