T’is the season for homemade pies. Here’s my version of a Chicken, Leek & Mushroom Pie.

-shortcrust puff pastry
-2 sticks of leek
-whole pack of chestnut mushrooms
-2tb of cream cheese
-4-5 chicken thighs
-fresh rosemary , thyme & parsley
-1tb of wholegrain mustard
-flour
-butter
-milk
-nutmeg
-eggwash
