► Recipe: Grandma's Syrniki ❤️

250g cottage cheese, dried and drained in a cloth for a few hours
1 egg
1 Tbsp semolina
2 Tbsp flour + some more for rolling
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
vanilla and cinnamon to taste
2 Tbsp vegetable oil for frying
