Broccoli and Tofu Stir Fry
Myra's Broccoli and Tofu Stir Fry is about as healthy as a food can get. It is cooked in Oyster sauce and is absolutely delicious. It is served with rice is is not only a very tasty meal, but nice on the eyes. Tofu is very common in the markets and very low priced. A 4"x4"x2" block is about 3-5pesos. Since tofu picks up so much flavor from the foods it is cooked with it makes a great healthy extender for pork and chicken dishes. Tofu is also good cooked with vegetables such as broccoli. in this dish it picks up the flavors of the Broccoli vegetable juices, Oyster Sauce and spices it is cooked with.

Pipi Longstocking Hair
Myra put here hair in pig tails and Craig teased here about looking like Pipi Longstockings. I showed her a video of Pipi Longstockings on Youtube. Now she jumps and bounces around holding her pigtails out to one side What a character, as usual I am surrounded by laughter.
