1 tbsp oil
2 medium sized onions chopped
1 tbsp ginger chopped
1/2 tsp salt for sauté of onion
4-5 tomatoes (medium sized) chopped
2 chopped green chillies
salt to taste
turmeric 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
1 cup channa dal(soaked and washed)
spinach 2 bundles
water 1/2 cup
2 tbsp desi ghee for tadka
garlic 2 tbsp chopped
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
2 dried red chillies
