Tip- mix the 3 cups of water with tomato paste and all spices to make the rice!
Ingredients
For my Spanish rice:
1 1/2 cups long grain rice
3-4 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp tomato bouillon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp onion flakes
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt to taste I used 1/2 tsp
For my taco meat:
2 lbs ground beef(I used 1-93/7 and 1 85/15)
1/2 onion
2 tsp tomato paste
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder, oregano,ground cumin, paprika and chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt to taste I used 2 tsp
2 tbsp APF
For my Chipotle sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayo
2-3 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tbsp jalapeños juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin, garlic & onion powder, chipotle and salt
For the burritos:
Flour tortillas
Nacho cheese
Cheese blend I use Oaxaca and medium cheddar
