In this calculus example problem, we integrate a function that involves a natural log by using u-substitution. We use the natural log ln as our u. Then take the derivative, substitute, integrate, and replace back for our u so that our function is in terms of x. C is added to the end as this is an indefinite integral. Each part of the process of integration is explained and written step-by-step as we find the antiderivative of this integral.
