Crispy Mini Samosa Recipe ⬇️
*RECIPE*
1. Make a soft dough using maida,salt,2 tbsp refined oil and water.
2. For potato filling: take 2 boiled potatoes,1 chopped onion, and chopped green chilli, half tbsp salt,half tbsp turmeric powder and half tbsp garam masala.
3. Make a small roti of the dough and mould it with stuffing as shown.
5. Apply water on the egdes give it mini samosa shake
6. Deep fry in low to medium flame.
7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Your delicious and crispy flower samosa is ready.
