Welcome back to the Golfie trails at Innerleithen. If you live in the north of England or the south of Scotland, then this really is one of the most talked about enduro MTB locations.
It is renowned as being a formidable enduro location and has featured as a venue for Enduro World Series races (when enduro was at it's peak popularity).
If you haven't heard of the Golfie then expect to find a network of natural and built MTB trails. I would describe all the trails as black-graded MTBs and they are a serious step up from trail-centre trails. Saying that, the Golfie is a brilliant place to progress your riding.
I live very close to the Golfie but it is not a place that I spend serious time at. In truth, this is because I get a bit freaked out at the thought of it.
In this video I ride two trails that I am familiar with, Right Side Clyde and Community Service. I then go on to tackle a trail that I haven't ridden before - Underdog. I have to say this was a serious trail for a pretty normal rider, however it was so rewarding. So please join me for the journey!
