Today we're testing the theory that yeasts retain flavors and impart them into their new brew! I did this with a yeast from a hot honey mead that I made. The yeast theoretically should have retained some of the heat from the honey. So in this test we are seeing if that's true! 1/3 Gallon of Spring Water
1.5 Pounds of Orange Blossom Honey
Re-Used Yeast (Washed thoroughly)
