Sircilla (Telangana), July 23 (ANI): The District Collectorate complex in Sircilla was inundated following incessant rainfall in the region. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for few districts in the state, predicting heavy to very heavy rains until July 24. (AS)
