Today's video I'm with "Lil Lady Taggalong" (she will get her shine soon enough) fishing for trout. I come to this place mainly to get her outside and something easy for her to do. As well as for me to do some testing. Today's test subjects are the Daiwa Gekkabijin paired with a boy custom rod build casting two different lures. The Gekkabijin is classified as a salt water reel for casting 1.0 gram jigs targeting rock fish at night in Japan. I want to see how it performs at precise casting under trees in a creek. The creek is Limestone which never gets really hot because the water is coming from a quarry about 200 yards away. It's a well kept hatchery holding my species of trout. It is an easy place to fish unless you targeting a particular type of trout. Let's see how smooth and how well this reel cast!!
