Ramstein Air Base, Germany, provided rapid access capabilities for more than 5,000 service members from the U.S. and 11 NATO allies during Exercise Swift Response Aug. 17, 2015. The exercise is on track to be an annual multinational exercise in Europe, and is designed around U.S. Army brigade-level, combined, airborne, joint forcible entry operations.
