Conditions must be apply while preserving the salted raw Jackfruit:
1) Chose the right raw Jackfruit. ie, it should be right stage of development.
2) The chosen Jackfruit not too mature nor too tender
3) Pods should be matured one, be strong and be thick( ie we can easily remove its wastes from pods)
4)while cleaning the pods remove all pulps,seeds and seed shells clearly. because if you not cleaned well there is chances of defects in brined raw Jackfruit.
5) Clean the hand(palm) while you putting the punds into a jar and taking out brined raw Jackfruit from the jar
6)while cutting the Jackfruit don't make use of oil
and don't use water and oil when you cleaning the pods.
7)Storing container should be dry also. otherwise you can't preserve for longer period.
8)Single person should maintaine preservation of Salted Raw Jackfruit is the best. ie, putting the puds into the jar and taking out from the jar shoud be a single hand.
please follow above conditions. It will helps to avoid worms and defective in your brined raw Jackfruit and can store for longer periods.
