Always check your homeplug model to get the correct Utility for your devices as some do use a specific one.
This was one of the gripes of using homeplug kits was the odd drop out for seamingly no reason so I decided to try to find a solution to put a stop to it, and this so far has worked on ALL problematic homeplug/powerline set ups.
