Nothing beats a bowl of hearty yummy nutritious soup. Goes will on its on or with a bowl of steamed rice. All you need is a little patience and love to make this delicious ABC soup. Vitamins A, B and C.
Directions
2 large russet potatoes, skinned and chopped
2 medium sized carrots, skinned and chopped
1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 corn, chopped
2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
4 drumsticks
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
add all into a pot
add water to just cover the ingredients
high heat to boil
after which, turn down to low heat
boil for at least 3 hours
enjoy!
