Bem Aga is a development expert with 13 years of work experience in advancing the political and socio-economic rights of traditionally marginalized and underrepresented groups like women, youth, and People with Disabilities (PWDs). His expertise and experience include inclusion, legislative advocacy, transparency and accountability, political party strengthening, elections, and policy advocacy.
Aga’s career in the development sector commenced at the Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre (CISLAC) and traversed international development agencies like the International Republican Institute (IRI) and National Democratic Institute (NDI). Aga has a background in political science and is currently the Program Director at NDI.
