Another quiet day, but a little cooler with highs in the low 40s. We'll see increasing clouds tomorrow out ahead of our next system. A Winter Storm Watch issued for western MD, parts of WV, and parts of NW VA from 7pm WED - 1am FRI. Wintry mix expected to slide in late Wednesday night and into Thursday morning, switching to mainly rain for DC, I-95 and areas east by late morning.
