🧘♂️ What You Need:
A quiet, comfortable space to lie down
A mat or blanket for cushioning
A pillow for your head
An open mind and heart
🌸 Session Overview:
Getting Comfortable: Begin by lying down on your back with your body straight and arms slightly away from your body. Adjust yourself for maximum comfort.
Mental Detachment: Become a detached observer of your thoughts and mental images, practicing choiceless awareness.
Self Inquiry: Ask yourself profound questions to explore your true nature: “Am I my body? Am I my breath? Am I my thoughts?”
Sankalpa Repetition: Recall and repeat your initial resolve or affirmation with conviction.
Final Relaxation: Slowly return your awareness to your body and surroundings, gently moving and stretching to wake up.
