Ingredients:
White lentils (urad dal) - 3/4 cup
Idli Rice - 2 cups
Sabudana - 1/4 cup
Rice flakes - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Oil to smear the plates.
Makes - 5 to 6 idlis
