This is a 5.25 inch media dashboard front panel installation.

Multi-function front panel I/O ports.
All-in-1 USB 2.0/3.0 card reader.
Card reader supports many card form factors.
CF, SD, MMC, MS, TF, M2.
It has a headphone jack / front speakers and a microphone jack front pannel connection.
USB 3.0 connection - 2 ports.
USB 2.0 pin header connector and has 6 USB 2.0 ports.
2 SATA connections and has ESata and Sata on the front panel.
Sata port transmission speed up to 1.5 Gbps.
ESata port transmission speed up to 3.0 Gbps.
It also has a 12v/5v power connector on the front panel to power an external Sata Hard disk(HDD).
The front panel has a LED indicator that shows activity on the card reader.
