A very late (due to flooding) running Bicol Express at Pasay Road station in Manila. A huge storm had just passed over Manila and flooding in Espana had also caused massive delays to local services.
Bicol Express services are not currently running. However, a trial train recently ran down to the area and it is hoped they will recommence soon.
