Ingredients
Water as required
250 gms Elephants Foot (suran, diced)
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Onion Seeds (kalongi)
1 tbsp Carrom Seeds (ajwani)
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Chilli - Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard Paste
100-150 ml Emami Healthy & Tasty Kachchi Ghani Mustard Oil
Method:
1. Take a pan and add water as required to it.
2. Take elephant foots, chop it into cubes and add them into the pan.
3. Take a bowl and strain out the water from the elephant foots (yam). Take the cubes in another bowl.
4. Mash the yam cubes properly.
5. Add onion seeds (kalongi), carom seeds (ajwain), salt to taste, green chilli-garlic crush and yellow mustard paste. Mix it nicely.
6. Pour in some mustard oil and mix it again.
7. Store the pickle made in a jar and keep it good sunlight until it's ready.
8. Use and serve accordingly.
