A newborn baby with her umbilical cord still attached was left abandoned on a homeowner's front porch. The infant is believed to be just a day old and a healthy full-term baby weighing seven pounds. The family who lives there called police. The baby was left just half a mile from a fire station which is a safe haven for parents to leave unwanted newborns. Police are working to track down the infant's parents and urge anyone with information to call the department. #InsideEdition
