Providing career development dialogue and resources for underrepresented student identity groups as they transition into the workforce.

This session will feature a panel of female leaders from across campus and within the community. We will be focusing on issues that women face in the workplace which include negotiation, promotions/fairness and opportunities, career decision making and empowerment. There will be a time at the end general Q&A with the panelists.
