Chronic discomfort or pain is not merely a physical condition. It often acts as a messenger from our unconscious mind. Swiss psychologist Carl Jung suggested these messages might be attempts by our body and psyche to draw attention to unaddressed issues or emotions, a call for deeper self-understanding and personal growth.
In this exercise, we will enter a realm within your mind, meet the condition, and open a dialogue with it, aiming to understand it better and uncover its hidden messages.
