This particular train is a class 390 tiltingPendolino train on its way to Glasgow Central From London Euston I believe.
This was filmed on a rainy October evening at Floriston level crossing just North of Carlisle, near the Scottish English border.
The train was running late and clearly making up time, estimates to the actual speed are welcome in the comments
