As you all know, Section 194Q has been inserted by Finance Bill, 2021 in the Income tax law for TDS on Purchase of Goods.

Section 206C(1H) is also there which talks about TCS on Sale of Goods.

After watching this video, you will be able to conclude that a particular transaction is subject to TCS or TDS.
