Soviet PBF cheek-filter respirator/gas mask.
The PBF gas mask was designed in the Soviet Union for soldiers needing a light-weight gas mask or to be issued to riot police.
The mask was inspired by the US M17 cheek-filter mask but is a better design, it has two ShMS/PMG style optical lenses that face forwards, two oval shaped filters and a voice diaphragm. Unlike most other Soviet masks it has an oral-nasal cup inside.
The PBF EO-19 filters most likely contain asbestos so I would highly advise against using them.
A great collectors piece none-the-less, the PBF is very similar to the masks the Combine Soldiers wear in Half-Life 2.
