Add Staff Apprentice Mentors work closely with apprentices and employers for the duration of the apprenticeship journey. The purpose of this program is to provide an additional support structure encouraging apprentice retention and completion. This service includes:
• A dedicated Apprentice Mentor
• Advice throughout the apprenticeship journey
• Engagement with Industry Stakeholders, including AASN's and RTO's
• Government Grant advice and assistance
• Administrative support and compliance documentation
• Regular mentoring and review meetings with all parties
We currently have a limited allocation for subsidised apprenticeship mentoring positions in:
• Airconditioning and Refrigeration
• Plumbing
• Mechanical Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Bricklayers
